I understand the following consent/ idemnity.

I will not hold Cape Academy of Dance or any of its instructors or teachers responsible for any injury, loss of life, loss of property that I/ my child may suffer on or off the academy’s premises for any reason.
I understand that dancing is a physical activity and if my child incurs any future health/ medical problems due to this activity, Cape Academy of Dance and any instructors or teachers cannot be held responsible.
I accept that I am responsible for organising my child’s transport to and from classes.
I agree that right of admission to classes is reserved and for any reason (such as misbehaviour, disrespect or abuse) my child and myself can be dismissed from the studio. I will accept this without any refund of fees paid.
I understand that classes may be cancelled due to emergencies and/or a venue may change at any given time. Cancelled classes will be rescheduled before the end of the year at the teacher’s convenience.
